Let me first mention a one-page article I published in Persian seven years ago on April 1, 2018 entitled "What was forgotten in the discussion of Robert Jungk" and the article was not an April Fools Joke:) and actually was a sad reality of history that maybe is not known much and it was the fact that many members of Japan's anti-fascist opposition right before U.S. dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima were asking the US to drop the nuclear bomb on Japan to stop their own Japanese regime from continuing the WWII. In fact, as we all remember, Japanese Militarism was really crazy, and even after the Hiromisha disaster and Japan's defeat, the Japanese kamikaze soldiers continued their attacks on the Allied forces for quite some time. In other words unfortunately the progressive opposition in Japan was not successful in defeating fascism in their own country Japan and unfortunately encouraged the allies to drop a nuclear bomb on Japan to free themselves of their own dictatorial regime and this is how that country suffered from the aftermath of that disaster even till now and that is the reason when the journalist Rober Jungk visited Japan after the war advocating stop of nuclear proliferation in the world, some people in Japan were asking him why the likes of him are always late and did not do their work before the bomb was dropped on Hiroshima! For me learning of the experience of Robert Jungk was an inspiration in political life to support Beyond War! BTW I had written about Robert Jungk before in my article entitled 'What is Futurism' that I wrote in Persian a long time ago and never found the time to translate to English and readers can use the google translate to read it.
