I am an Iranian-American dual citizen of the USA and Iran. Since the 2016 US Presidential Elections, I have decided to be nonpartisan in US politics because I write a lot about Iranians and Iran. The current US Election matters a lot to Iranians and this is why I am writing this note. Over the years, I have written about many of those who directly impact the upcoming US elections including President Biden, and former President Trump who is now the US Presidential Nominee from the Republican Party. Over the years, I have written about many living politicians who directly impact the upcoming US Presidential Election scheduled for Nov 5, 2024, including presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party, VP Kamala Harris, former President Carter who is now 100 years old, former President Obama, former President Clinton, former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, and former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, former Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, and also AOC and many others.

Also, although I am nonpartisan but 5 days ago I immediately condemned the terror attack on former President Trump. Despite avoiding to get into the rhetorics of the US elections, yesterday I was troubled by something quoted from former President Trump who had apparently said if the Islamic Republic of Iran is proven to be behind the terror attack on him, he will destroy Iran. I am appalled by such a statement of not diffentiating between Iran and Iranians on one side and the actions by the Islamic Regime that is in power in Iran. Destroying Iran and Iranians cannot be a response to the actions of Islamic Regime (IRI) and I am sad to hear of such statements.

BTW I should also note that most Iranians I have heard of, both inside and outside Iran, support Donald Trump in the upcoming election. Once during his presidency, former President Trump threatened to attack 40 points of Iran's culural heritage and that was sad and I am happy he changed his mind at the time because of Shahbanou Farah's intervention, otherwise a disaster might have happened! I hope no US politician ever takes such actions against Iran and Iranians because the IRI threatening the world has nothing to do with the innocent people of Iran who have time and again sacrificed their lives to say no to the Islamic Regime in Iran and have called time and again for a Secular Democracy in Iran.

Please join Iranian people worldwide in our struggle for Democracy, Secularism and a Futurist Republic in this age of Technological Singularity and avoid hate-mongering although I do not condone many wrong actions of IRI and IRGC over the years and from day one, although I did not have any problem with religious people to be active in politics but I always opposed 'Political Islam,' and I never agreed with an Islamic Regime in Iran in the first place and always have called for ending IRI and replacing it with a secular democracy from the moment this regime was established in Iran.

Hoping for a democratic and secular futurist republic in Iran,
