Dear Elon Musk,

I have said before that although if accomplished, what you are trying to achieve in DOGE, would be a historical first meaning to make fundamental change in government structure, but it is a very difficult thing to do because you are facing a real obstacle in whatever you touch in DOGE since it all falls in the border line of Judicial and Executive branches of government, and our founders and specifically Thomas Jefferson whom I highly respect, unfortunately made the Judiciary branch of government not an elected body by the people and basically it is next to impossible to change that shortcoming in our system easily! This is why I suggested to you to get some help from VP Kamala Harris because she understands these legal intricacies more than anybody else I have seen!

Let me share with you something that has happened to me during the last 5 years and I have ended up wasting a lot of valuable time on this nonsense that people just pay some money to free themselves of the hassle and I even asked a friend who knows US government system a lot more than I do and he advised me just to pay the money and not fight it, but I have the habit of standing up for what is right and even when I did not have the money, I am sure my friend would have no problem to give me the money to help me out not to waste time on this issue but I have continued to stand up to this abuse by a crook eye doctor and the debt-collectors who help crooks like the eye doctor I will note below, to get a share of the money they fraudulently claim together by using phone call harrasments, intimidation and the like! And I hope DOGE can help people like me who are affected by these types of crimials who are dishonest professionals extorting money with the use of debt-collectors who buy these false claims and their job is to make spam phone calls and spam emails and threatening phone conversations! The example below shows some of the things that happen daily to the American people exactly in this sphere of the interaction of judiciary and executive branches of the government and people suffer from it every day but they just do not have time to spend on fixing the system and there is no voting for judicial branch to elect people who can make it their task to fix this in the law to prevent all these false debt-collector games by people like the following crook eye doctor I mention below and here is when DOGE can help to fix such problems in our American system that those who claim to be speaking for working people are not even touching! Below is a real story of what happened to me in the last 5 years!

Five years ago, on July 9th of 2020, I went to the following crook eye doctor office in Haymarket, Viginia:

I asked the Optometrist before receiving any services to have his admin to check with my insurance what is covered and just do what is covered by my insurance. I had asked the same thing the previous year and all was fine! But this time they said  all is fine too, but later they sent me additional bill and I told them that I had already informed them not to do anything more than what the insurance pays! They kept sending me bills and later gave it to a collection agenciy bothering me by phone harrasments, etc. I asked my insurance company United Healthcare Medicare Advantage Plan and they joined me on the phone call with the Collection Agency and the Eye & Vision Care Haymarket Rep and told both of them that my insurance had paid the bill and the addtional charges were false! Maybe that collection agency today is not the same one following this false claim and others keep bothering me every few days, year after year and the source of all this trouble for me was none other than Eye & Vision Care Haymarket, VA which tried to extort money by creating false billing and crooks like them sell these false claims to other crooks like themselves and those debt-collectors continue to bother people by phone call harrassments, etc. I checked the Internet and saw others have also mentioned this crook eye doctor of Eye & Vision Care Haymarket, VA creating false charges for them to extort money from them. When I lived in Fairfax County or Prince William County there was a service by the county to help with these kinds of games providing consumer protection legal services, but when I moved out of that county, those services do not exist for me and I cannot afford hiring lawyers to help me with this kind of fradulent providers and actually crooks like this Eye & Vision Care Haymarket, VA count on people giving up fighting and just make false charges to make money by their "legal" schemes with the help of collection agencies who use law to scare people for their extortion to pay false charges!

Dear Elon Musk, Please judge for yourself why someone like me who should spend his time on more important matters than dealing with this Fraudulent Crook eye doctor and His Staff at Eye & Vision Care Haymarket, VA and the crooked debt-collectors who work hand-in-hand with them! These crooks like the way the law works in this country to extort money from people by creating false bills and do extortion by crook debt-collectors who work hand-in-hands with them. Unfortunately federal and local structures of our government that Madison and Hamilton envisioned by writing  The Federalist Papers to ensure checks and balances is helping these frauds that people like me cannot drive far distances every day to take them to court when we move far distance from some place we had lived before. Please note I have seen a number of people mentioning the name of Eye & Vision Care Haymarket, VA, on the Internet as victims of the fraudulent activities by this crook Optometrist office!

I hope following up on this case can help to show that DOGE reforms are really needed to get the Federal Government to fix these day-to-day abuses by Frauduent individuals like this crook eye doctor and their debt-collector cohorts who have wasted so much of my time in the last 5 years and I even did not see an optometist for more than 5 years till I found a Walmart optometrist who is very honest and someone I trust and actually he works with my UHC Advantage Plan with no games!  In fact, I wish Walmart model would be adopted more for other service businesses and surely for Optometry services, Walmart is my choice! And I hope the license of this Eye & Vision Care Haymarket, VA to be revoked from practice. The judicial/executive branches of government should work together on stopping these kind of practices by crook eye doctors and their debt-collecter cohorts and the like which that is a common practice in the U.S. today!
