President Donald Trump has talked a lot about wanting regime change in Iran. Iranian secular democrats who share values of democracy, secularism and republic with the United States, and oppose the Islamic theocracy in Iran, have long called for regime change in Iran (1). But when we look at Voice of America, VOA (2), which is just a few blocks from the White House and under the control of US State Department, we still see Setareh Derakhshesh (3) and Steve Redisch (4), running the show. This is what we Iranians call dome khoroos.

Hoping for a democratic and secular futurist republic in Iran,
