قوه قضاییه: ایران در مقایسه با آمریکا

Just since Mahsa uprising of 2 years ago in Iran, Judiciary of Islamic Regime of Iran (IRI) has executed * so many protesters allegedly with criminal charges while it hardly punished any law enforcement authorities on criminal charges that were committed by them against the protesters during that same period! I want to be fair and neither claim the judiciary of IRI to be the only bad judiciary in Iran's history, nor do I want to say the judiciary in the United States or all the Western countries is all that great! In fact, just 2 weeks ago, US President Joe Biden announced his plans to reform the US supreme court * , where also in my view the **selection** of US judges from the start 250 years ago at the time of Founders, was not democratic, contrary to **election** of heads of executive and legislative branches of the US government which is done by voting by the people; and as I have always emphasized, 'Democracy is Not People's Rule, It is People's Judgment!'
I have written my views about why I think the judicial authorities must also be **elected** officials, and although I am the alltime fan of Thomas Jefferson but I think he was mistaken on this specific issue and I firmly believe just like the executive and legislative branches of the government, Judiciaries should be **elected officials** and my criticism on the issue of **election** versus **selection**, is not limited to the Islamic Regime of Iran and I have similar criticism of all previous governments in Iran and all the Western countries, Capitalist, Socialist and Communist, although I know that many high level officials focussing on judicial duties in many countries including in the U.S., are **elected** officials which **is** a breeze, but surely they are just a small fraction and we cannot forget the fundamental flaw in this arena especially in a country like Iran of today where these **selected officials** of the Islamic Regime ruling Iran at this time, reign control of people's life and death without any control by people's vote!
Hoping for a democratic and secular futurist
republic in Iran,
