P.S. 08/08/24: The crime of Ismail Haniyeh and Hamas almost a year ago on Oct 7, 2024 was a reminder of the crime Daesh committed against Kayla Mueller 9 years ago on February 6, 2015 although the victims this time, were not human rights activists, but were normal people who just wanted to live their lives! Trial of Mr. Hamid Nouri which was open to public and the rights of the defendant and his family were respected, in Sweden, and with free presence of defense attorneys, has ended with a life prison sentence! At the same time, Islamic Regime of Iran (IRI) has announced that this trial has been illegal and has called for freedom of Mr. Hamid Nouri and threatened if he is not released, to execute Mr. AhmadReza Djalali (*), an Iranian-Swedish dual citizen, who is in prison in Iran, and his case has nothing to do with the litigation of Hamid Nouri! In reality both the arrest and trial of Hamid Nouri were done according to human rights standards and has been a personal initiative by Mr. Iraj Mesdaghi, and was not conspiracy of any government, and now is an opportunity for both Mr. Hamid Nouri and other IRI officials to review the massacre of 1980's in Iran's prisons so that such atrocities are not repeated again; nonetheless, the consequences of probable execution of Mr. AhmadReza Djalali, just like the murder of Kayla Mueller by Daesh, whether Islamic Regime of Iran (IRI) remains in power or is ended, will continue  for IRI officials (photo of Kayla Mueller)! Also threats from one side, will provoke threats from the other side, and as the saying goes "eye for an eye makes the whole world blind!" Let's not allow another 'Qasem Soleimani' debacle to start!
