Dear Friends, L1 list used to be only Persian and L2-list was only English. Unfortunately the capacity of the lists is limited to '5000' and the L1 list is already full, but L2 still has room. Both lists are now Persian and English mixed, but I can *only* add new people to L2. I hope this does not create any misunderstanding and sorry for the inconvenience. As you know, there is no need for a twitter account or a twitter app to read these two lists.
