In the last few days, US Democratic Party and CNN discussing events related to death of Sardar Qasem Soleimani, talk a lot about bad handling of the situation by President Donald Trump. Let me note that US considers IRGC and all its affiliates such as Quds Force in Iraq, as terrorist organizations just like al-Qaedeh, and even worse because they represent state sponsored terrorism, and this position about IRGC has been officially announced several months ago, and Sardar Qasem Soleimani was a commander-in-chief of Quds Force. No doubt we all wish Sardar Qasem Soleimani had been arrested and tried in a court of justice and law for crimes against humanity just like those who were tried in the Nuremberg court, and we wished the same for Bin Laden. In fact, President Obama actually had Bin Laden under custody at the end and yet ordered his killing because of security reasons. In the case of Sardar Qasem Soleimani, he was not even in custody of the U.S. when killed. So President Obama needs to answer more than President Trump, for a similar situation. Criticizing CNN and the Democratic Party does not mean that I approve of some nonsense on Fox News threatening to attack Iran's oil refineries as a form of retaliation against IslamicKKK, which has become food for some pro-IRI press inside Iran and abroad,  and only provokes the support of Iranian nationalists for Islamic Regime of Iran (IRI). IRI does not own Iran's oil refineries. Oil refineries belong to Iranian people and not to IRI or IRGC.
