Mr. Hassan Rouhani I cannot add anything new to what I wrote yesterday. But when I saw your message to President Trump today, the following words caught my attention: "the key to positive developments is in the hands of Washington and if they want to have more security in our big region.." Maybe your intention was not what this expression conveys but one can understand these words as if you are threatening the United States with terrorist attacks in the Middle East region. Once you openly threatened with closure of Strait of Hormuz and we saw the result. Using such expressions is not the wording of diplomacy to create peaceful relations. Personally I have never been a diplomat and have no interest in diplomacy but please consult the experts in your own administration about this matter.
