I have cancer and I live in America! My income from government pension after 55 years of working and living in the USA is 1500 dollars per month, one third of which I give to help my family, which means my total income is 1000 dollars per month! The Medicare insurance also has a "copay" that when you have cancer, the cost becomes staggering because you have to do a procedure every minute and all the institutions that help with the so-called copay are useless and you have to apply from morning to night and that's it. They finally say they have no budget! This is the reality of our life in the heart of the richest country in the world!.

Hoping for a democratic and secular futurist republic in Iran,
