نقدی بر استراتژی مالیات بر ثروت الیزابت وارن برای انتخابات 2020 آمریکا

P.S. Oct 27, 2019: The Economist: U.S. policy correspondent compares Warren's plans to restructure the US economy to FDR

Senator Elizabeth Warren is planning to focus on a <tiny> wealth tax for the rich, as she calls it, when running in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. This is a wrong strategy, whether what she proposes is "tiny" or not. The reality of 21st Century information economy is the <winner-take-all> which was discussed in a research paper 30 years ago (1). Whether anybody is wealthy or not, the income is what increases or decreases the wealth, and should be taxed, to create the funding for an alternative income (2). Otherwise the tax system will impoverish people whether rich or not!
