Policy Towards IRI and Iranians
سیاست ترامپ در مورد جمهوری اسلامی و ایرانیان
Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) and Iranians should be discussed separately when talking about US Policy towards Iran as noted many times in the last 37 years (1). Two days ago, I discussed "Obama's Failure with Iranian People" (2).
Yesterday Mr. Michael Ledeen, a leading Neocon thinker suggested to Donald Trump to invite great Ayatollah Hossein Kazemeyni Boroujerdi to the inauguration which is scheduled to be held ten days from today (3).
Discussion of US Policy towards IRI government, Iran as a country, and Iranian people who live in Iran and all over the world including the United States of America, is not limited to ideas suggested by the Neocons or the opposing views of the pro-IRI lobby groups.
The policy discussions are just starting for the new administration of Donald Trump and all shades of Iranian opposition need to get actively involved in this dialogue. Two years ago a discourse was started with a hope for an appropriate global strategy to form in this regard (4).
Hoping for a democratic and secular futurist republic in Iran,
